I start every painting by meditating and journaling. I then approach a blank canvas, eyes closed, and write words with charcoal and express how I’m feeling at that moment. Then I begin.

Underneath every painting are thoughts I bring out.
I’m painting to heal, filling the canvas with hope, positivity, and an ongoing resiliency.

That is my gift to you. I feel like art saved me. And I wish to bring the same healing and spirit of joy to other women around the world.
